Step 1
Heat 3 tbsp (45g) of oil in a pan. Add 225g (1½ cups) of chopped and blanched vegetables (carrot, beans, baby corn), and stir-fry on high flame.
Step 2
Add 3 cups (450g) of cooked rice and the entire pack of masala (20g), then toss well. Sprinkle 2 tbsp (20ml) of water on the side os the pan and toss well.
Step 3
Serve hot, garnished with spring onion.
