Mix veg frying
Mix 1 tbsp (15g) Refined Wheat Flour(Maida), 1 tbsp (15g) Corn flour, 200g (2 cup) cleaned cut Vegetables (Carrot, Babycorn, Cauliflower, Mushroom), a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp (15ml) water, mix well. Heat oil in a Pan and fry the coated vegetables till crisp.
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp (10g) oil in a pan, add 1 no (60g) diced Onion, 1 no (60 g) diced Capsicum, stir fry on high flame till the onions become translucent. Add entire pack (160g) Hot garlic paste, mix well.
Step 2
Add 1½ cup (300ml) water. Once water starts boiling, add fried vegetables and cook well until semi thick consistency.
Step 3
Add long cut spring onion and serve hot.
