Noodles Cooking
Bring water to a boil, add stick noodles, ½ tsp oil and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the water and wash the noodles under running water. Apply ½ tsp oil and set aside.
Step 1
Heat 3 tbsp (45g) oil in a pan, add julienne (long strips) vegetables onion 60g (½ cup), cabbage 120g (1 cup), capsicum 60g (½ cup) and carrot 60g (½ cup) on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add precooked noodles and the entire pack of (20g) masala and mix well. Add 1 tbsp water to the side of the pan and toss well.
Step 3
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
