Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp (10g) oil in a pan and add ½ no (40g) diced Onion, ½ no (40g) diced Capsicum, saute till translucent. Add entire pack (160g) Korean Barbeque paste, ¾ cup (150ml) water, mix well.
Step 2
Once water starts boiling add 200g diced Tofu/Paneer. Add 1 tsp (4g) corn flour mixed with 1 tbsp (10ml) of water by stirring continuously.
Step 3
Cook till semi thick consistency and serve hot.
