Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp (30g) oil in a pan, add 1 tsp (8 g) chopped garlic and fry until light brown, Add 1 sliced onion (80g) and fry until golden brown. Add ½ cup (75g) chopped and blanched vegetables (carrot, beans, baby corn) and stir-fry on high flame.
Step 2
Add 2½ cups (400g) cooked rice, the entire pack of (20g) masala and 1 tbsp (15g) soy sauce and toss well.
Step 3
Garnish with spring onion, fried onion and serve hot.
