Cauliflower frying
Mix 3 tbsp (30g) Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), 3 tbsp (30g) corn flour, 200g (2 cup) cleaned cauliflower florets, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp (30ml) water, mix well. Heat oil in a Kadai and fry the coated cauliflower till it become crisp.
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp (10g) oil in a pan and add ½ no (40g) long cut onion, ½ no (40g) long cut capsicum, saute till translucent.
Step 2
Add entire pack (160g) Thai roasted chilli paste, 1½ cup (300ml) water, mix well. Add 240g (2 cup) fried cauliflower.
Step 3
Add 10 nos (5g) Thai basil leaves stir well, cook till semi thick consistency and serve hot.
