Veg Ball Frying
Mix 1tbsp (15g) refined wheat flour(Maida), 1tbsp (15g) corn flour, 1 cup(100g) cleaned minced vegetables, 1tsp (5g) ginger garlic paste, a pinch of salt and 1tbsp (10ml) water. Make small balls. Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp.
Step 1
Heat 1½ tbsp (15g) oil in a pan and add 1 tsp (10g) chopped garlic, ½ tsp (5g) chopped ginger, 1 no (5g) chopped green chilli, and ¼ cup (25g) chopped onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the entire pack (20g) of masala and ½ cup (300ml) of water, mix well. Once the sauce starts boiling, add the 14 nos fried balls, 1 tsp (5g) soya sauce and mix well on high flame. Add 1 tsp (4g) corn flour mix with 1 tbsp (10ml) water by stirring continuously until the gravy becomes thick.
Step 3
Serve hot, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onion.
